Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. You will receive regular updates on product arrival.

How will my order ship?

Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Extended shipping by carriers should be expected.

When will my shipment arrive?

After your order is processed and your shipment prepared, you will receive a tracking number. With the tracking number you may research your delivery date.

AntiMatter reserves the right to cancel orders.

For certain shipping locations and situations relating to COVID and extraordinary shipping costs, Antimatter Bike Racks reserves the right to cancel orders. Antimatter Bike Racks may also cancel orders, only in rare instances, when product is oversold and backorders cannot be serviced.

Return Policy

30-day money back guarantee if not fully satisfied. For pre-orders, you may cancel your order at any time. Contact Antimatter for instructions on returns if you are dissatisfied for any reason.

All payments are processed through STRIPE, Inc. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then STRIPE stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
